Though many fans were saddened during Wednesday’s finally, when they announced Kris Allen as the winner- Adam wasn’t among them. His excitement and thrill to have come that far was well expressed in his after the show interview.

Though Adam would have made a great Idol to many he feels that “ it’s not about tonight it’s about the future” for him now. Keeping his tongue tied he did let it slip that he has a few offers he is looking into, and his most important thing now is getting in the studio and putting out a “Dope Record”.

The race was on with these two anticipated movies. Things looked great for X-Men Origins: Wolverine last weekend at the box office when they smashed the competition with $85 million in sales.
The big question was will they keep their reigns this past weekend when Star Trek graced the much awaited stage? Well as we all can see- Star Trek bet them out by over $40 million dollars as Wolverine brought in only $27 million in its 2nd weekend.
The budget for “Star Trek” was over $100 million dollars and Paramount is looking to make at least $200 million this summer grossing over $60 million in profit off the anticipated film $$$. Director J.J. Abrams out did his self on this intense film.

Paramount’s vice chairman Rob Moore anticipated Star Trek to gross over $200 million this summer and with the $76 million from its opening weekend, and $4 million in pre-screenings on Thursday its well on its way. Dennis Rodman former Pro-Basketball player for teams including the Detroit Piston’s and the Los Angeles Lakers allegedly dined, and dashed on a bill last night at the Gansevoort Hotel in Miami. The bill was said to be $1000 dollars; Rodman and party tried to leave without paying! When they were approached a brawl started when one of them punched the General Manger in the face.

According to E!News Pop star and actress of Nickelodeons Zoey101’s baby daddy “Casey Aldridge” was in an accident on Sunday April 26th.
The 19 year old flipped his F-250 while drifting off the road. Louisiana State Trooper “Mark Dennis” stated that he was given a “Careless operation traffic citation”.

The trooper went on to say that there were 5 people in the truck and 3 were ejected from the vehicle. One of the passengers ejected was driver Casey Aldridge who was reported as going to the hospital. Rumors are that he may have cracked his skull but no details have been released. As for some of the other passengers not all of them went to the hospital some even refused treatment other reported minor injuries.
Not clear as to when Casey is expected to appear in court but we will keep you updated on the developments. Meanwhile there have been additional reports that Jamie is by his side the couple are engaged and haven’t picked an exact date for their wedding but there will be hope in the future.

Reports say that Britney Spears apparently walked off the stage during Wednesday’s performance in Vancouver, British Columbia because it was too Smokey. Fans were stunned at her reaction and booed her for leaving the stage.

After Tuesday’s shocking “Not Guilty Plea” in the Los Angeles courtroom Chris Brown remains relatively calm. However the bright spotlights of the “Victim” Rhianna remain shadowed. She returned home to the LAX airport after her trip to Barbados to more spotlight and gave a thumbs up in the anxiety filled moment. As paparazzi gathered around for a photo opp.
Rhianna continues to state her intentions are not to enter the court room however she will if called. Rhianna’s father on the other hand is upset with the plea and offered a loud opinion of the young superstar stating Brown “Needs to stop being in denial” the concerned father continues to stand by his daughter. Continuing to say “I just want to see justice going in the right direction.” Ronald Fenty has shown his support to Rhianna thought this ordeal and is a concerned parent looking for closure.
Brown continues to deny charges even after the Rhianna stated he was the alleged assailant all along. The attorneys will return to court on April 29th to set a date for the pre-liminary hearing – will Chris Brown attend.
The judge stated his presence is not needed. No one is sure what the hearing will bring or what the young singer plans to do if convicted of the two felonies; but Rhianna is waiting to get her life back. According to Donald Etra Rhianna’s attorney who stated:

With many events and opportunities to watch all three games on the big screen there will be plenty to do in Metro Detroit. Many area hotels are sold out of rooms and were charging anything from $300-$500 a room for the events.

In the world of American Idol rumors flew the most about Reuben Studdard. His stand-offish behavior to TMZ when they questioned him about attending another American Idol show was quite disturbing to many. Well many of us are still stunned by the events of February 8th, Chris Brown and Rihanna are making the best out of things. Recent events may show that they are getting past the legal issues and dealing with everyday life again.
E news reports that on March 18th Rihanna’s limo driver was issued a ticket after speeding away from a recent party she attended. The limo didn’t have a licenses plate and to top it off he ran the red light after going in the wrong direction!
Reports say it was to evade the paparazzi. The diver was merely issued a ticket and Rihanna was on her way. One would say you should check these things before getting in someone else’s car it could have been worse than that.
In further news Chris Brown was spotted taking a college tour? It appears he has more faith in his lawyer than the majority of society does. He was spotted visiting his home state of Virginia’s own “Norfolk State University” for a tour with his cousin.
It is grand that he is into family matters. But one would think he would have other pressing matters on his mind; like the arraignment on April 6th. Time will tell what is up for these two. And we will be there to bring you all the juicy details.
